No option for Order a Prepaid MasterCard (Bangladesh)
Payoneer account for Bangladeshi residents will have the option to order the card once they have started receiving their payments. To access your funds, you can:

Withdraw the funds to your local bank account - This function is available for all new applicants. Once you have a minimum balance of 50 units in any of your currency balances, you will be able to initiate a withdraw via the "Withdraw" tab in your account.

Order a USD card - Once you have received your first $30 in payments, the option to order the card will appear in your account. There are no shipping or set up fees for ordering a card, just a minimum payout requirement.
Same rules apply for ordering a USD card, except that you need to receive at least 50 units in either currency for the card order function to appear.
If for any reason you are unable to withdraw the funds to your bank or order the card after you received your payments, contact Payoneer support to see if the function can be manually enabled for you.
